Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: [08/04/2025]

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all courier services provided by Kureo ("we", "us", "our") to any customer ("you", "your"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.




1. Service Description

Kureo provides reliable same-day courier services across mainland UK, with a focus on urgent and standard deliveries for businesses and individuals. We handle a wide range of goods including legal documents, parcels, automotive and engineering parts, and more.


2. Bookings & Collection

  • Bookings can be made by email at contact@kureo.uk, or for a quicker response, you can book by phone or WhatsApp on 07723 226088.
  • Standard collections occur between 9am – 2pm, with delivery completed by 7pm.
  • Urgent deliveries are collected promptly and delivered immediately, depending on pickup location.
  • Collection and return services are available for Notary and Apostille documents.





3. Size, Weight & Distance Limits

Greater London Deliveries

  • Each booking includes goods up to 70cm x 70cm x 70cm in size and 30 kg in weight.
  • A 5-mile delivery range is included in the price.
  • Additional charges apply as follows:
    • £4 per mile beyond the 5-mile range
    • £2.50 per 5 kg over the 30 kg allowance
    • Larger items (exceeding size allowance) may incur extra handling fees


Outside Greater London (UK Mainland)

  • Long-distance deliveries are charged based on mileage only, starting from £1.50 to £2.50 per mile, depending on distance and urgency.
  • The van can carry up to 2 euro pallets with a maximum weight of 1100 kg.
  • There are no fixed size or weight limits beyond this, but appropriate packaging and accurate information must be provided for a quote.



4. Prohibited Goods

Kureo does not carry:

  • Dangerous, hazardous, or illegal goods
  • Live animals
  • Perishable items requiring refrigeration



5. Packaging Responsibility

  • All goods must be properly packaged by the sender to avoid damage.
  • Kureo is not liable for poorly packaged items.



6. Insurance & Liability

  • Kureo holds Hire and Reward, Goods in Transit, and Public Liability insurance.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Liability is limited to the declared or insured value of the goods.


7. Payments

  • Payment is due before or at the time of collection unless a prior arrangement is in place.
  • All prices are quoted based on the service selected and delivery requirements.



8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the agreed collection time.
  • If the courier is already en route or within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking price may apply to cover time and travel expenses.
  • If the courier has arrived at or near the pickup location, no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are issued at Kureo’s discretion, based on how far along the journey is at the time of cancellation.
