These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all courier services provided by Kureo ("we", "us", "our") to any customer ("you", "your"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Kureo provides reliable same-day courier services across England, Wales, and Scotland. We handle and deliver a wide range of goods, including but not limited to:
- Business-to-business (B2B) deliveries
- Automotive parts
- Engineering parts and equipment
- Aviation parts and equipment
- Flowers and gifts
- Prescription medications
- Office supplies and documents
- Retail orders and general merchandise

2. Operating Hours
Our business operates during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
3. What You Can Send
We transport a broad variety of goods. However, for safety and compliance, we do not carry:
- Illegal items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Perishable food (unless agreed beforehand)
- Fragile goods that are not securely packaged
We reserve the right to inspect or refuse any goods that pose a risk or breach these conditions.
4. Liability
- Kureo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to £[insert amount] per delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, or events beyond our control.
5. Your Responsibilities
By booking with Kureo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery details

- Ensure someone is present at both ends to hand over/receive goods
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Cancellations
- You may cancel a booking free of charge if notice is given at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
- Depending on the pickup location, a notice period of 1 to 3 hours may be required to allow us to avoid unnecessary travel and operational costs.
- Cancellations made after this notice window may not qualify for a refund.
7. Changes to These Terms
Kureo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
